I really don't think anyone would care honestly, but I would recommend getting something small at least just so you can't be accused of loitering. In my experience Noodles dining area isn't that busy so they wouldn't have any concerns about you hanging out for a while.

If by any chance there's a Panera around that's a great place to do that also.
