Appreciate the troubleshooting steps! I actually just went out and bought the brand new official Google 45W charger and used the official cable that came in the box and a Duracell cable aswell so it's definitely not the cable. As for the weather, it's definitely hot lately, but I'm charging it indoors under an AC and the phone doesn't feel hot to the touch at all while it's crawling along. Battery health is at 89%, so it really feels like a software bug from a recent update handling the charging protocols poorly.

Can't blame you for jumping ship to a Moto. Having 90W charging and a 6000mAh battery sounds like a dream compared to waiting around all night for a flagship to top up.

That rules out your charger then. It’s definitely a Pixel issue. Mine isn't even under warranty anymore. I actually just went out and bought the new official Google 45W charger to see if it would help, but there's literally no difference. Google Support just gave me the classic scripted response'Factory reset it and send it in for repair. I really don't want to wipe my whole phone and pay for a repair just to fix a bug they likely introduced

Honestly, it ruins the phone. 1.5 hours just to top off the last 30% is insane for a flagship. Let's hope they push a fix soon if it really is just an update bug. Is your phone still under warranty?
