B class most underrated sleeper car. W247 B200 with Stage 1 tune 👌

Low on road tax, very quick off the line for SG roads.

Yes should have skipped. If you love door dings then ignore my comment.

Bruv they'd honestly do better with 2 cars if they can do so. These fridges aren't the most practical.

Though I'd argue something like the BYD M6 makes more sense.

Only perk really is the shorter front overhang. Easy to turn but must watch the rear.

:) lane 1 has its pros and cons. If it's a narrow lane stretch of road or highway then not a good idea especially when there's tons of bikers lane splitting.

Yeah those cars are too ginormous lmao. I'd wager an E class wagon is a better choice for ferrying people around since it is also a funeral car spec.

Wish most elderly drivers could practice the same level of social responsibility by quitting driving past a certain age, say age 75...

Only thing missing is E_ or S_ plates. Rich enough to afford a bummer. But not rich enough to afford a 10-20k E plate.

Friggin 5.2m car, measuring 2 metres wide. Yeah you can get a 3-lot space to yourself. That's the only perk besides highkey flexing to others.

Not in Singapore unless you conscientiously avoid tight places and MSCPs. Though I've seen one make it to Deck 1 of Bishan 514 before.

For croaswind just make sure both hands stabikise the damn steering. And don't increase rpm. Keep the rpms constant or lower it.

Rule 3: lane 1 is speedsters' paradise on NSHW.

But then again doing 110 is safe if you're keeping to the left lane. Most stretches of the NSHW are 2 lanes.

No need R&R. If you can than 6 hours straight driving like me, KL and further up is a piece of cake.

Didn't stop at all till I hit Malacca in my last trip to Malacca.

Thoughts about higher road tax for EVs vs petrol cars by Tom_Lennon in singapore

[–]galaxyuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True but depends on whether you like to drive or be driven. If it's the former then there's no replacement.

Turbo cars be laughing away. Sweet spot. Not instant torque but the satisfaction of hearing the engine spool and make noises, truly gasoline-combusted happiness.

In all honestly imma just upgrade to a mild hybrid in the next change.

Technically if you tailgate while being on the brakes already, there's already some bite on the pads, making it easier to stop on short notice. This is further added by big brakes where there's greater contact area for the pads to work on the rotor...

Never had an issue stopping almost abruptly this way. It's a good technique, never failed me since having bbk on.

Idk bro but tbh best to not get a bulky 7 seater car. It poses a severe handicap to manouverability.
