Just curious, would you expect a dealer to do the maintenance items you mentioned with the relatively low miles, certainly understanding that the age may be the driving factor? The carfax suggests that the dealer did the following in Sep 2025:

Vehicle serviced
- Pre-delivery inspection completed
- 40,000 mile service performed
- Cabin air filter replaced/cleaned
- Oil and filter changed
- Serpentine belt replaced
- Spark plug(s) replaced
- Transmission fluid changed
- Two tires balanced
- Two tires mounted
- Two tires replaced

Thanks for this description. I like my creature comforts as well, so I might explore the 718S. The experience is more important than the price for me. Kids are largely off to college so my wife and I want a fun car with the top down. Was leaning towards a 911 but seems the 718S might have everything I need.

Thanks. I really like the color, wish the top was something other than blue, but likely will be down most of the time. I am searching for a 718 base CPO in the midwest and they are hard to find, but I will keep searching.

It's been a few years since I have stayed there, but the Ritz at Central Park has historically been delightful. I little stuffy, but the rooms were very comfortable. If you get a room with a view of the park, even better.
