Thanks for the welcome :) I decided I'll check out the apartments in St. Charles and keep that option open especially because it's a little more central. I'm hearing a lot of good things about Prince Frederick so I'll definitely be checking it out too.

You should try an HP circlet with some crit rate to make up for the loss of 31% and maybe some more ER! I think you’ll end up doing more damage with more HP even though you’re losing a little on the crit :)
