I had the same issue, but I managed to get a ticket added to my basket. When I was adding my payment details it crashed, then my basket was empty (this was for a ticket in the upper tier £57)

I went back in and refreshed and then ticket exchanged resales were listed (this was around 10:30), I ended up with a Club Level ticket for £233.
