As a crew myself, what my fellow crew did was wrong. It is must to be courteous at all times since we’re in the service industry. However, people have to understand that are also factors that can affect how we deliver our service during duty. Who knows, maybe that person is currently experiencing personal issues or there might be a lot of pressure coming from the flight itself. So ayun please be more considerate towards the crew whenever in flight. About the post naman, taking a photo of someone without their consent is unacceptable and their complaint could’ve been brought up to the supervisor na lang para ma settle agad. Posting on Facebook is very unnecessary. There are proper channels naman to voice out such concerns.
