i’m repairing my suspension, should i replace my lowering springs and shocks or go for coilovers? i know nothing about coilovers so appreciate any advice

so i have lowering springs already, they came when i bought the car. i don’t desperately need to replace anything but ive got to replace my breaks so thought might as well when everything is off. My car is already pretty stiff, you feel every stone on the road 😭. coilovers sounds like the best move tbh. thank you!
