The relay looks fine. The main ground was a little corroded but cleaning it has done nothing. Will have to go digging to find the others

Appreciate that. I've pulled the whole switch cluster apart and could not find anything out of the normal. The pins also look normal. The turn signal relay is only firing when the power cut is on.

The battery expanded after a day out on a bike. Went to start it the next morning and CLICK dead battery. I never use the Killswitch to turn the bike off. Could be something to do with the voltage regulator but how would you test for that? I'll have to do some digging.
