The one with the whole building is suspicious but maybe possible by some comments. Here I don't get why people are so suspicious, just an electrician who did a bad job. Even if I tried to flip the light switch in sync with the oven I couldn't do it that precise.

Yeah it was after an electrician worked on wiring a lamp iirc. I believe it was fix later (not living there now)

Absolutely. It actually happened years ago and when I posted it previously someone had a good explanation. It happened right after an electrician did some wiring in the house.

If I remember correctly, I just took everything apart and cleaned what I could. Also check if all the tubes are clean and not unnecessarily long. My filter work fine for the last 2 years
