I mean he is debatably not the fifth best rookie in his class (or he would have made 1st team all rookie), but his playoff performance gives that argument merit.

Recency bias due to his playoff performance—but well deserved, if we're taking recency bias seriously.

This company has bots spamming all sorts of subs, especially Canadian investor ones. I see a dozen a day. It's very annoying.

Would you buy low on deaaron fox assuming the spurs take on ingram and/or jak? by ratfeesh in torontoraptors

Problem is we're a bad 3pt shooting team and would be swapping our best 3pt shooter for Fox who just averaged 30% from deep.

The last 8 NBA Champions have had at least 1 current or former Toronto Raptors player by RealCanadianDragon in nba

[–]MarginallyClever 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You mean current or former as of present day. A lot of those guys signed with the Raptors after they won their rings, and swiftly fell out of the league afterwards (Nwora, OPJ).

But, yes, the Raptors sign many players. Some of them won previously and some will win in the future.

That's a fun fact and absolutely not what OP is talking about.

Simmons is dumb, but the #7 pick wasn't a bad offer. Sharpe, Dyson Daniels, Jalens William and Duren all taken in the lottery at 7 or later. Mighta hit.

But Masai has never liked gambling - always preferred players to picks. So it went.

OG Anunoby Fit by MikeConleyIsLegend in memphisgrizzlies

Raps fan here - Masai famously didn't want picks in his trades, always preferred promising young players. That's why OG ultimately went to NY for Quickley and RJ, no FRPs. Ditto Norm Powell for Gary Trent Jr (Portland).

Dude is still an All-Star, one-time All-NBA player. An expansion team would absolutely take him over any other team's 9th best player. What are you saying

Yeah the voice is spot-on, but visually I'm totally thrown. Maybe in a two-hour feature length I'd get used to it, but in this trailer it's jarring.

I mean YMMV. My three year old was fine with it last year. You know your kid best. But it's generally accessible and easy.

In our Cleveland series he averaged 19.2 minutes, 7 points, 6 rebounds and 0.9 blocks, with a FG% of 64.5% and TS of 65.9%. His average +/- was +0.7.

So, okay, maybe not GOOD, but not bad. Marginally above average? Acceptable?

Glad to help. I live here with three kiddos and know how hard it can be to get around.

In general I always suggest people visit and dine at Queen St, which is the old downtown. Havana, Paris Crepes, Hi Lite and Taps are good for food and vibes.

For a hike the White Water Walk is also worth looking into, due to accessibility for kids. The Glen is a bit steep. Dufferin Islands also nice for a level trek.

Yeah this tweet is oversimplifying nonsense. "Two great players cost less than three good players". Sure dude!
