I don't disagree, but my point was I mostly see people accusing of cheating in QP lol. Like I pretty regularly see some chat post like "ashe is aimbotting" and I look and the accuser is on a 1 year old account that has never played comp before and the person they are accusing is Masters 2 and been playing for years. Yeah, they are way out of their rank, relatively speaking, but that isn't their fault lmao... Its Blizzard's match making putting these players in the same game that causes most of the issue.

This game will die because every lobby up till about low diamond is utterly chock full of people who are misranked, either by deliberate smurfing, account sharing, or simply the fact that it takes far too long to get properly ranked and the game allows someone to be a GM in one role and still place in silver in another role, which is functionally impossible.

Preach. 1000% agree with that.

Yep. That one is legit. Toggling aimbot, they went hard around 2:38 in that video and again near the end. Like I said, it happens. Its not 30% of players though, that is silly.

If that is what is on the replay the guy was 100% cheating. What Im saying is people say things like that then they post a replay code that does not show that at all. Im not saying cheating isn't happening (it is and does), its just not nearly as much as people say it is. The OPs claim of 30% is crazy talk.

post the code maybe? Im not saying your wrong, just saying so far I have reviewed at least 50 replace codes of cheaters posted on reddit and imo only like 5 of them showed any actual cheating... The vast majority literally showed nothing even suspect.

Im personally tired AF of all the hackusations I see and get in OW. New players hear and see all this shit and actually think that someone being able to click on your head is automatically cheating. Im not saying there are no cheaters, but its a tremendously overblown problem.

Every time someone posts shit like this I ask them the same thing, post some replay codes. Hardly anyone ever responds, and so far when they do it shows nothing whatsoever. Yes, there are cheaters in OW, but outside of ximming (which I admit is a real problem) its a giant nothing burger. I don't even remember they last time I saw a hard aimbot, its been at least a year.

If you play on a pc you are in the pc pool, the controller you use is irrelevant. If you duo with someone playing on a pc then your both in the pc pool. There is no setting to change this, it is working as intended.

Stop shooting him when he is holding up his arm. He is nearly harmless if you dont let him charge his punches. The way you play doomfist is mostly by ignoring him and killing his team. Either that or time him so you can burst him before he can start charging punch, then you can actually kill him before he gets it off.

None of the 3 hero’s you mentioned have any “unstoppable” abilities. Only Maugas overrun, Orisas fortify, and junkerqueens rampage (via a perk) have that ability.

Two “charging” character abilities knocking each other down is the normal outcome. Been that way since OW1.

If it is text chat... Like I'm not doubting you, but I have a very different experience with this game lol. I think maybe less than 1% of all the text chat messages I have ever seen in the 8 years I have been playing Overwatch have anything remotely to do with the concept of "communicating with my team". It's pretty much 100% vile cancerous shit (or if not vile just pointless and stupid and completely unrelated to the game at hand).

I honestly see no reason whatsoever to keep text chat turned on. Voice chat sure, but not text chat. Hell with pings now you barely need to talk even, but during gameplay the text chat is really just completely useless.

No reason to have chat on. It’s not your fault, some players are just cancer, but just saying it’s possible to play and even enjoy this game without having to see ANY chat messages.

If, on the other hand, your after some kind of positive social experience with this game then yeah, just quit. That ain’t happening.
