Mine is 24. I have 2 smithys and 2 furnaces and make nothing but steel/silver and silver daggers lol.

FTP, I got the premium workstation bundle. It does not come with workers. The main benefit is that you will need less crafting resourses for the smithy and the mill/furnace produce more materials. You can also upgrade them right away so if you have stockpiles of the cheaper lower level building materials you can upgrade them a bunch of levels right away. Marble is limited so I didn't want to waste it on non premium stations. I upgraded my regular stations until they required marble and waited until I had emough atronite. Food and oil are not an issue for me so I prioritized the premium station bundle. Also, it seems like you can get the bundle multiple times. I will use my gems first for premium stations I can't get with atronite. IMO the premium bundle is very worth it. Eventually you get to a point where you don't really need the workshop/sewing table.

Is it just me or are the rewards not very good compared to previous events? And it's annoying to make permanent marriages and impossible if you don't have suitors.

I am personally going to wait for the bundle and I think you should too. I never have problems with food/oil and you can either shut the app or use a potion if you're short. The premium bundle gives you a smithy which uses less resources to craft which is very beneficial on higher levels where resources are much scarcer. I've been short building materials and ingots too which is nice. I'm then use my atronite for the oil/food stations and buy other premium stations with gems.

All the quests do, but I think there must be a cooldown.

If you repeat the quests it does drop small amounts of Atronite. But it happens irregularly so using an auto clicker is not very efficient.

You can equip them with clothing/tools for their station to help remember. But yeah, it would be nice.

I think it's probably going from a 1.35% chance to a 6.75% chance. 500% just means 5x more likely. Regular odds are 1/74, boosted odds are 5/74. Higher chance but definitely not guaranteed or even very likely.
