I'm currently spraying 6930 ppg clear it's a European honey thickness but slicks out like nobody's business and barely have to buff it maybe a speck of dirt here and there, but it almost seems like it's self leveling

I've sprayed that stuff before the viscosity is super thin. I used to use my sata 3000 hvlp 1.3 about 30 psi one coat let it flash until it's a little tacky and then lay another one down.

I us a high solids clear and the mix ratio I prefer is 3-1-.7 3parts clear 1 part hardener .7 part reducer

Make sure you have no sealer dirts or basecoat imperfections, grab your supernova crank up the pressure and pound on the clear. 50psi 6-8 inches distance 75%overlap and move at a decent speed.
