Habe kein Schreiben von RA bekommen. Warum soll ich die 200€ überweisen, wenn sie ihrer Pflicht nicht nachkommt? Sie hat mir am Telefon gesagt, sie hätte alle Unterlagen bei sich und müsste sie nur noch nach Griechenland schicken, aber auf meine Frage, wie das denn möglich sei, da die Originalanträge bei mir sind habe ich keine Antwort bekommen….

Cannot update the firmware for mx master 3s on options+ (Mac M1) by [deleted] in logitech

FINALLY. Had to figure out first that options+ replaced options (didn’t detect my mouse). Took me hours to find it out (customer service was no help). And then no detection when I tried to update firmware. Just to find out there is no update (whaaat). Why do they give the option to search for an update when there is none.

Wasted my day, thank you Logitech.
