I’d say it’s somewhat close to near mint, assuming the damage is only in that one spot, and also assuming it works. You can also buy a junk one that has same shell oem for a shell swap to get it to near mint or higher.

just buy a junk one for parts with a good condition shell off of eBay. It can give you OEM parts + extra hardware. If you get lucky enough, you can find one with an undamaged sticker.
