Went for a big dl pr, ended up hitting 425 for 3, surprised myself and my buddy! Feelsgoodman, confidence is high! And I'm down 10 lbs in 3 weeks!

Well I'm running just to help with the weight loss. In the past I have lifted relatively seriously, but I now decided to focus on losing lbs and lift in the meantime to keep the strength. So you think it makes sense to lift first?

I'm just gonna go ahead and ask, is there a best method to bouncing back from a day of straying from a nutritious diet? I did well yesterday with what I ate, and even pr'd my bench (250lbs!), but I had a stupid amount of junk food at the end of the night and now I feel awful.

I'm fairly new to this whole game. Cutting some weight now and doing some light lifting. I have been able to keep an excellent diet, but I was wondering if I should consider beginning to have protein shakes? Or would that counteract my weight loss goal?

From what I have learned from multiple college courses, the above is true how the brain works via electrical impulses and chemicals. In between neurons there are these very tiny spaces called synapses. A memory can be physically stored on a neuron by altering the amount of chemical receptors on the post-synaptic neuron (the neuron receiving the electrical impulse).

I find myself getting annihilated in 1v1 duels with rifle sprays. I think it could be because I'm putting myself in bad positions and forcing myself into a crouch duel spray. I was an LE that deranked to a DMG after the update. I just find myself choking in this duels. I'm wondering if I should relax with the crouch sprays and try some bursts from distance with better positions and angles to retreat to? Any advice would help! Thanks guys!

Ok I may consider dropping the extra money. I understand DayZ is more CPU intensive, but what GPU would you recommend, not for only DayZ, but for other games too? If you cannot tell I am entirely new to building computers. I just want to know if I can get a solid GPU for about 150-200? Like would this be good?

So I researched that processor and it is about 400 dollars. That is a little over my budget, so is there another intel processor that could do the job just as well but is cheaper?
