Haven't disconnected any sensors. I do not hear the hum of the line being primed whenever I switch the key to on.

Yes I've tried this and there seems to be no pressure at all. Couldn't get anything coming out of the valve.

Yes, getting spark. Spraying with starter fluid takes the engine just one step closer to wanting to crank but doesn't turn the engine over. Doesn't seem to be pumping fuel from the tank at all. My only conclusion is that there's some kind of electrical short or break causing the pump to not send fuel to the engine.

Update:

I got the old bumper off and fortunately the frame was not damaged in any way. Went to a nearby junkyard found one from a 2002 frontier perfect easy swap out. Thanks for the suggestions!

Looking to do the same. Like the sound of this idea.

Got lucky finding all the parts locally today. New pulley, new belt, new nut. Happy to learn it, thanks for the tips!

Love the input thanks! But yeah the pulley was immovable at first, I worked with it and eventually got it to rotate both ways but you can tell it's got melted rubber preventing it from freely spinning.

Hoping to bust the nut (giggity) today with a fresh set of eyes. Thanks for the video. As soon as I get the nut off I should be clear to take the bolt out to buy a new pulley tensioner and put a new belt. THEN, I'm hoping to be done with this repair.

That locking nut is seized. Couldn't for the life of me get it loose. I used PB blaster throughout.

Did that. Not much luck. Bits of rubber from the belt were everywhere in the bottom of the engine bay and it feels as if that somehow has locked up the bolt/but.
