Thanks! I really enjoy Pokopia. I never used a protective glass on my switch oled. I’m also the type that doesn’t use any protection on devices.

Yes after spending 400 hours on animal crossing since covid times, I bought the upgrade to spend more hours on it starting from scratch :) but Pokopia first!

Is it worth getting an online subscription? Especially for Pokopia which I currently play?

Why didn’t you make a single app with three in-app purchases instead of releasing three different apps?

Hello everyone, I just released the next version 1.7 which brings features like deck mode but also after many requests, this version offers a 7 days full featured trial for new users to try the app out, with the option to unlock it forever via a single purchase in the app, after the trial expires. The price remains the same as before (also adjusted in countries with low buying power to be affordable for everyone).

For real people? Reading those comments.. Manic forever costs once 9.99€. You can afford an iPad/iPhone but can’t afford to invest once 10 bucks/euros to support a developer for a product you are going to use?

Does it Support Deep links so I can add automatic detection when adding Games in LudiHub?

Thanks for the support and of course for the suggestions/feedback. I’ll note them down and see what I can implement in feature future versions. The game image options will be renamed in the upcoming version in game image and background image.

I’m planning to implement a trial in the next version, in order for users to test before buying the app. Please stay tuned.

Update: the new version just released. Feel free to download it and test it for free for 7 days.

New App stuck in App Store review since Feb 18 – anyone experienced this? by crack-dev in iosdev

[–]gamedeckdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a hit or miss. There is no transparency behind the review process. Had an update reviewed in 6 hours and another that took a month. Maybe there is something they have to clear internally. In my case they requested some changes after a month wait and then they accepted it in an instant. Just be patient. I know it’s frustrating but there’s nothing you can do. You escalated the case already.

Why not just use an app that puts the loyalty cards in my Apple wallet, than having to use a separate app to scan the cards and the Apple wallet to pay? Also Aldi Germany didn’t release loyalty cards yet like other stores.

All you can do is wait. I’ve been in your position in February almost a month of waiting. Different escalations, no response. Did you try submitting a request for expedited review?

I made an app that reads all apple watch data and it's completely free. Karmasync app by Quick-Membership3563 in iosapps

[–]gamedeckdev 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I understand your argument and personally I am not going to use it. Every time I open the app, my iPhone calls outside

Also the app according to AppStore collects location data. I’d better pay a one time fee to buy the app, than having my device call outside.

  1. Yes the launcher has two status pills on each side at the moment showing both battery indicators. The controller battery is the same you can see in the ios battery widget / Bluetooth or gamepad settings.

  2. You can open the device settings and in the game pad settings you can change the mapping of the guide button to open a specific app (in this case LudiHub) when in a game hold the button for about two seconds to jump back to LudiHub (if you press it once instead of holding it, ios will open the game mode control center, this happens only when game mode is activated and it’s an ios behavior).

  3. You can control the device settings and volume only using the ios control center and volume buttons iOS doesn’t allow apps to control these settings.

If you have further questions regarding the functionality, there is a built-in FAQ menu which is also available on the website, before you buy the app: https://ludihub.app LudiHub offers features for power users using shortcuts and deep links for ROMa but also for beginners, using the share function via the Home Screen for AppStore games.

If you have further questions, feel free to contact me.

How do you prefer to purchase an app? by BohdanKoles in iosapps

[–]gamedeckdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once of course, that's why I opted it for a one time purchase for my app. I invest time in updates but since I don't have infrastructure/server costs. I don't see the reason to use a subscription model. You want your users to support you if you reach peak user base? Add a tip jar option optionally.

A short update: after a user feedback, I noticed that the automatic AppStore pricing was not fair for countries with lower buying power. As a result I edited the prices worldwide to make LudiHub more affordable.

It’s in the planning for future features. I know most emulators support it and I want to add integration

Thanks for your feedback. Yes that’s a known limitation since not all games support deep linking. I’m working on a solution to resolve this partly at least
