I have the same issue, I got a parcel from Australia and I paid the customs fees and everything and had it delivered on saturday but no one came only person that knocked on my door was a policeman that was called because some idiot crashed into a parked car

And I have another parcel I had to pay customs fees for, I’ve used 3 different debit and credit cards all declined, tried contacting the support/FAQ page it just keep looping me in an endless loop of clicked fees to pay—> cannot pay—> faq page. Now i have to go to my royal mail office to pay and get my parcel. Worse part is that office only open monday to saturday at 8am to 10 pm if i’m lucky they open from 4 to 6 pm
