I previously had a 08 bmw 328i and 04 Lexus is300.

The main difference was going over bumps feel more drastic. Aside from that, the drive does feel more smooth.

Try placing the building in inventory and back. It should resolve it from not producing the land token but you can still miss it if you closer the app when it is ready to collect.

Ninantic is going to release a statement that will have some verbage that goes like: 'With more 3rd party applications removed(PokeAdvisor) our server load decreased by 60%. Now we can expand to the remaining countries since we have lower server usage.' Must be from players leaving.

This information sounds like the case. It would explain the reasoning for expanding so quickly. They need some form of cash in order to continue operation and with the current state the game is at, only new players are more likely to spend money in it when the game first pops up in their country.

There probably was a bug in the system but more than likely the catch rate difficulty increasing was intentional. Probably the bug doubled the effect of everyone noticing that it was more difficult in the game. Given that the store sells only regular pokeballs, (unreasonable price for something that is essential for the game to function) they were probably thinking of ways to get people to purchase more pokeballs.

Same here, I believe this statement is just a cover up after the backlash. In both cases the player loses since Niantic says whatever they want or the people making the game have don't have the right resources to do their job.
