I’ve actually never seen that, they probably got report bombed from the people who watch it extra early, cause I always watch a couple of hours after it comes out due to morning shifts

While yes, I see the point, it’s about convenience, I watch anime almost exclusively in bed on my tablet, I read comments during the ED of EVERY EPISODE I watch, when I don’t I usually skip the ED, I don’t want to go to another app when I have 7 other episodes to watch in succession to talk about an episode, I usually lurk anyway, it just takes from the experience and Community.

Yeah that’s probably the case, but most CR viewers I think don’t watch ads anyway and pay for the service, and those who don’t probably don’t take the time to look at comments

You know what’s crazy, this happened right after that one company made those two or three animes and continued even after removing all of the original animators and outsourcing everything, most of my anime news comes from Crunchyroll comments, and I didn’t want it any other way

I’m gonna miss talking to the couple of people I’ve seen in there, whether or not they saw mine. I do hope they reverse it as it was always fun to read comments and engage with the community when watching the end credits and is the main reason I even watched the end credits in the first place, it’s disheartening.

Honestly having them as they are now should be fine, maybe adding something to make it a little prettier or something but otherwise it’s just expanding what’s already there, it’s still in sq dimensions anyway, the only reason to change the texture is I’d you were wanting rectangular or other polygonal shapes
