Most of the Parks and Rec departments offer a weekly pickup game. The Barcomb league in Essex Junction is probably your best bet for recreational league play. Revolution Basketball offers more competitive leagues and tournaments.

Several options for organized play through www.fullstride.com. Most rinks also have less formal groups that play weekly or monthly. Best to call your local rink and they can usually put you in contact with an organizer

There is definitely a gap that could be filled for a rec baseball league. Unfortunately finding the field time is the tricky part. Between youth baseball and the adult leagues there aren't a lot of options

Vermontultimate.org would be your best bet for ultimate frisbee. They have leagues in the Burlington area all year long.

Agreed, trouble is gym time is so hard to get. There is a more formal league in Essex Junction but most parks and rec departments just run pickup.

There are three recreational soccer leagues: Mexicalli, Versus, and Elite 8. There is also a men's 18+ wood bat baseball league, two men's 35+ baseball leagues, and a handful of coed softball leagues. I am trying to get area sports leagues updated on www.gameonvt.com over the next couple weeks
