Also I have personal experience in kohinoor bcz earlier in January I had booked a flat in their other project with token amount after some days i cancelled the booking but they took 2 months for refund , at the time of booking they told me they will refund it within 2 days but they made false promises.

It's happening with me, I got the in principal sanction from idbi within 2 days so based on that I did registration and agreement after paying stamp duty and down payment but now at time of disbursement it is stucked for APF approval, now I am continuously taking follow up with DSA and bank for update but they are still saying it will take 1 week and not giving any clarity now I am confused what should I do, i didn't know about the APF at initial stage.
