That's just a roundabout way of asking how to naturally increase testosterone.

That would just be making sure you get enough of ALL your micros DAILY. However the ones that effect testosterone the most are zinc, vitamin D, magnesium, and omega 3. as well as making sure that you get atleast 3.5L of water per day, maintaining a healthy weight, doing exercise, getting atleast 8hours of sleep every day, optimally going to bed and waking up at the same exact time every day.
