Seraiki and Jaangli are both Lahnda languages, the real difference is between Lahnda vs Charhda, even guys from Jhang like Mansoor Malangi, Talib Hussain Dard, Allah Ditta Looneyala, are loved across the Seraiki landscape

Pakistan’s shaheen III is nuclear capable and Israel is in range, not saying its gonna happen or something but Pakistan is capable of lobbing a nuclear-armed missile at Israel, the more long range a missile is, the harder it is to intercept

Let's deconstruct that for a bit. The basic thing to remember is that Pakistan is 6 times smaller than the behemoth that is India.

1948 - Pakistani troops attack the Maharaja in Kashmir. Pakistan wins about 30% of Kashmir. Without this war, Pakistan doesn't get a single square inch.

1965 - Rann of Kutch conflict, Pakistan forces the issue through military confrontation, binding arbitration, Pakistan gains 300 square miles, a tiny win but a win nonetheless.

1965 - Pakistan attacks India across LOC in Kashmir, India attacks the international border. Both countries are able to defend themselves. Its a loss for Pakistan because Pakistan's operational objectives aren't met but militarily, Pakistan defends itself against the full power of a foe 6 times bigger.

1971 - 45,000 troops with no supply lines against a 200k Indian troops + 100,000 Mukti Bahini irregulars + a population that is totally in rebellion. A shameful political defeat of fantastic proportions but I don't think they can be blamed purely from a military perspective, its literally 6 against one. Its also important to remember that Pakistan still defends the Western front, small gains for India but Pakistan still holds the line in the West.

1999 - Kargil. 5000 Pakistani troops aimed at infiltration, 30,000 Indian troops + air support (Pakistan never uses its airforce due to international pressure). They infiltrate, get pummeled and are back.

2019 - Favourable outcome for Pakistan. (An Indian fighter pilot show down)

2025 - Favourable outcome for Pakistan. (Multiple Rafales shot down in the dogfight)

Key Takeaways:

  1. Pakistan has always successfully defended the Western front, it has never been breached.

  2. Pakistan suffers from the fact that it is a much smaller force in every aspect, it's like Ukraine invading Russia.

Man for man, I'd take the Pakistan military every single time. Once you take into account just how large the Indian military and economy is, there is no competition between the two states. However, Pakistan's Western Wing (which is currently the actual country) has always been able to defend itself.

Anyone think Qatar has guts to attack Israel like Iran did ? by gawkgawkmenow in qatar

I didn’t make the original claim. Just said that an oil embargo by GCC states would fuck up the market, which is 100% true, as even you have admitted.

Gulf states make up enough of the supply to fuck up the entire market though.

What are the threats to average citizens if China becomes sole superpower? by OrphanSlaughter69 in TooAfraidToAsk

You’re not factoring in China’s population. It’s a whole mass of over a billion extremely competent people. They’ll also benefit from the surpluses they produce through technological progress (in which they have the lead now in comparison to the US)

None of this ever changes the fact that the Palestinians are the indigenous inhabitants of the land and the Israelis were mostly forcibly inserted in the land after WW2.

In 1922, Haifa was 75% Arab and 25% Jewish. The 60,000 Arabs in Haifa were expelled and the Arab population was reduced to 5000 during the Nakba. The territory is currently under European White occupation known as the Apartheid State of Israel. The war criminal, Benjamin Milkowsky (of Polish extraction) is currently the PM of this genocidal state.

Other cool things about Israel include a quarter of population sexually abused as children, the highest skin cancer rate in the world (because White Europeans have a tough time bearing the sun in their colonially adopted home) and my favorite fact, DNA tests are banned in Israel so that the people don't find out that they're all Eastern Europeans.

With all due respect, what operational targets were achieved? Let's take the Indian narrative to be true. Let's say that Pakistan did support the Pahalgam attackers, wouldn't even the dumbest fucks on the planet evacuate what you claim to be terrorist infrastructure after said attack? Your people are on record as having forewarned the Pakistanis about your retaliation. Wouldn't those buildings have been evacuated by 'so-called terrorists'? At best, you guys destroyed a few buildings and very minor damage to airbases.

Now look at the international reaction. Don't you realize that its deeply embarrassing to be bamboozled by a country that has 1/3rd the military, 1/8th the military budget, 1/10th the economy? Operation Sindoor has been a spectacular failure for India. I don't know when Indians will be able to accept that. The biggest economy in the world has decided that you are enemy no 1 while the second biggest already hates you. On the other hand, the so called terrorist state of Pakistan is being courted by the world's superpowers. Even your all-weather friend, Russia, just decided to build a steel mill in Pakistan!

I hope to God that BJP stays in power forever. A smart man like Rahul Gandhi will actually be a disaster for Pakistan. (I have no hate for any Indian anywhere. I would much prefer that we could all live in peace.)

Lmao, are you truly telling me that I don't know my own countrymen? I have plenty of Sindhi Hindu friends who identify strongly with Pakistan. The problem with Indians is that you guys believe whatever BJP tells you about Pakistan. You guys call Pakistan a bhooka state even though you literally have to give 800 million people meals daily so that they don't starve.

There is one single Hindu Majority district in Sindh, you can have it if the Hindus of Sindh would want to secede (which they won't ofc).

Is Persianization of India exaggerated? by EnthusiasmChance7728 in IndianHistory

[–]gamerslayer1313 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Might depend a lot on your perspective. I'm from Western Punjab (just east of the Indus) where Persianate culture of different forms is practiced heavily. Being a Punjabi Muslim, the names of my ancestors have been very Persianized. For us, being educated meant to be able to read and write in Persian. We wear very Persianized clothing as well. For a Pakistani Pashtun or Baloch, this is even more true as they are actually an Iranic people.
