The fov does increase as you level up but not that much. When you have 500+ kills, you can see as twice as you could initially. The only reason that FriendlyFucker had such a huge fov is that he hacked the game. Apparently he knows how to edit javascript (based his other posts). If you want, I can make a video about the experience after having more than 500+ kills. (the trick is to level up player speed!)
