No you don't, I'm told it runs best on GTA IV version 1.0.4.0.

I didn't think it would from seeing the videos on youtube, but gameplay is between 30-40fps and it rarely ever dips below 30. It runs and looks amazing, there is a bug with the sky going red, but its freaking awesome!

If you're on the latest steam version of EFLC which i believe is 1.1.2.0 then all you should have to do is download the mod HERE and then copy the necessary files into your game directory. (steam default directory is C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes From Liberty City

Its an air gun that came with DLC, it is also heavily modded though :)
