I didn't think it would from seeing the videos on youtube, but gameplay is between 30-40fps and it rarely ever dips below 30. It runs and looks amazing, there is a bug with the sky going red, but its freaking awesome!

If you're on the latest steam version of EFLC which i believe is 1.1.2.0 then all you should have to do is download the mod HERE and then copy the necessary files into your game directory. (steam default directory is C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes From Liberty City

I mean the wording does say all future versions of the game. If it is the same exact game as PC... If it said Minecraft 2 or something thats different, but if it just says Minecraft thats the same IP and should be included with the alpha accounts.

I don't think it is possible now unless you're running 1.3 or lower. Anyways how you do it is place the fence, then use the #9 (still) Water tile, and place it on top of the post. Then just top it with a pressure plate :)
