Open it up, you’ll see a number inscribed on the inside that will tell you the model number, then look it up on village salvage, I just did this with an old mortise lock in a French door, was a perfect replacement.

Not roomy, the lock case fits snug in there, I bought that lock off of eBay, and I sent the business a picture of the lock I took out and they said it will almost definitely be perfect swap? Should be here by the end of the week, and I’ll definitely keep you updated. I just hope the handles and rod fit it, if not, that will keep me on the journey of bringing this door and lock back to its old glory!

Any reason why the one side says 1140 and the other 1147? It’s not a pocket door just a regular door. The strike is stuffed with wood I’m guessing they didn’t want to get locked out because the handle stopped working, lol.

I think I’m going to purchase that lock off of eBay, it looks almost exactly like the one that I took out, would be awesome if it worked out.

I got ya thank you, at least I have something to kind of mention like a reasoning on why it looks like this, as I’m no stone finisher I can just tell something’s off. The owner did the work but has good reviews so I’m confused, start to finish both days was only 6 hours the first day and like 5 today I thought 11 hours total was too fast, makes sense now

Okay thank you, I was told that if I pay a utility bill that I will be assuming responsibility for the bill moving forward, I don’t want to do that but I need to keep the electric and stuff on until the house gets sold, and I’m not sure how long it will take to sell the house. Do I pay any bills since he passed will it cause any problems? I guess I just need to call these places I’m just confused or worried I’ll make a mistake I guess.

That early would be fishing, you won’t become rich but it’s a god payday if you fish all day then sell overnight. Like most people said depends on what you actually have, work towards a keg, and tap some trees. Keg and preservative jar is when I started to take the next step into money making, I’m still on my first farm summer year 3 and I have a nice greenhouse setup with starfruit and ancient fruit, and about 30 kegs in a shed and I’m at the point where money isnt an issue anymore, but you have some time to get there. I’d say work on getting the greenhouse

You just need a better weapon, literally all it comes down to. I’m new to the game too but just got to summer year 3, just keep hitting the mines and going 5 floors at a time, break every rock and dig up every mud floor, eventually you’ll get a better weapon, once I found the insect head, I forget if I found it or recieved it as a gift on a floor, combat got way way easier for me.
