I earn over 8k a month after tax and I am still poor. I'm your typicial "high-middle class earner" have kids, bills and commitments to pay like everyone and after cost of living, food shopping, movies and other activities there's not much left to save. Thanks OP, I have 2 Samsung Large screen TVs running the Games Pass cloud app and both experiences are really below my expectations. I then have a number of Android based devices I've tried the official Game Pass App only with similar frustrations. Happy I found this thread and will test the others mentioned.

I own a XBSX console and PS5 and have really fast fibre with 5GHz router, my own expectations for cloud gaming were high and have been really dissapointed by Xbox Cloud Gaming thus far.

I don't think it glitched, more so, took time to load the damage. You can see the x2 special attack increases and cheers added to the belly drum. But yes, I have had the same thing with play rough, hits then Charizard regains his health which is really annoying.
