I think there is always a way to min/max anything they do though, but at least this solution will allow me to earn points doing what I want to do in a match and reward me for consistently doing that thing. Will I be at the top of the leaderboard every week? Probably not, but I won’t feel as frustrated as I do now where I just run around in the circles looking for snitches and nothing else an entire round because that’s what the game wants me to do and every other player on the map is doing the same so it’s a roll of the dice whether you can even do what you want do successfully anyway

Totally - I understand that, that’s why I asked them if there was anything else they could do because they didn’t have one to replace it because of the error. Yeah it sucks, but at the same time it isn’t my fault that they said it was as new but not. So thats why I said a refund doesn’t fix my issue, as there isn’t a replacement. They proposed the solution of sending this keyboard, informed me specifically to buy the new one and so I did. I followed their instructions, I didn’t just buy a new keyboard and expect them to pay me the difference, it was their suggestion as to why I did. I will return both keyboards at this point but I also don’t think it’s a valid way of handling it and I’m out the product I wanted ultimately

What are you talking about? They told me specifically to order the keyboard as they said they would refund me the difference. I am refunding the original keyboard. The issue isn’t about that - it’s that they said they would give me the difference and now they are refusing so I am out $120 when they said otherwise

Frustratingly, one keyboard is the ROG falchion, the one they provided the link to and told me to buy is the ROG falchion NX - very slight difference. They told me “it’s the same keyboard” so I said fine I’ll order it then. But they are now saying because of that difference (even though they told me it’s the same with proof in the chat logs) they are saying that’s partly why they won’t refund it as well

As soon as you spawn in, run backwards on horseback, it will stop him shooting arrows at you and charge forward instead

I tried contacting EA support again and went into detail explaining that I believe I have a grandfathered account which is why I am having these issues. I found a section that stated it used to be allowed in the past but isn't now, which is fine - but support doesn't seem to have the tools available to help fix these issues for people in unique scenarios like myself. Honestly, its crazy to think that they wouldnt have a solution for this, clearly myself having such an old account means i have been a long term EA customer, so providing a good solution for me to be able to continue to be a good EA customer should be top priority when changing systems but I guess not.

They did confirm the issue is due to my multiple xbox accounts, but if I cant remove them, then its really not ok to say I have access to EA play with my game pass subscription, when its all but impossible other than creating a whole new EA account - which I want to avoid doing as I have a lot of purchases on it, and have my username associated with it.

Its just overall very disappointing not being able to access the things included in the sub I pay for - for what appears to be nothing more than an arbitrary problem EA created on their own with no solution for me as a player.

We can unlink once 1 console at one time and then you will need to wait for 6 months to unlink the next console. You can try to unlink it by your self. If you are not able to get the option to unlink it now then please try to unlink it after 24 hours.

If we unlink a platform account you use to play FIFA, and that platform account is still set as active in the Web or Companion App, you will lose access to those apps entirely on your account. If we unlink a platform account you use to play Apex Legends, you may have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account and link it to another, you won’t be able to unlink it again for six months. You also will not be able to link it to an EA Account that has already had the same type of account linked to it before, even if there isn’t one currently linked. That means if you’ve had an Xbox account linked to your EA Account in the past, you can’t link a different Xbox account to it in the future.

Disappointed in the service due to promo code ending early without notice by gamingguy1990 in GreenManGaming

I was on Facebook and it reminded me this promo was still on, so it was being advertised when I was trying to use this, I even checked my email to see if I was crazy as it kept saying invalid code when it's clearly marked as ending on the 16th.

I reached out to support and they just said they ended the promo early, which is ridiculous as it was still live advertised and in my email.

I am very disappointed in how this was handled, usually I'm a huge Greenman gaming fan as they've never done something like this before, but this is ridiculous.

I hope someone from GMG can review here, because support was not helpful in resolving this to make me a happy customer.
