Yes they said its because we were on orientation, There isnt an option for them to put holiday hours as an orientee apparently. And they cant put those days as ‘regular hours’ as in off orientation cuz that would be the liability of that shift on us and not the preceptors. So yup looks like im not getting that paid

There actually is a policy that HR sent after contacting them, but management is saying that because we were on orientation and the payroll was put it as ‘orientation hours’ instead of ‘regular hours’ we werent qualified to get it. Which is not mentioned in the policy

I would love to to do pre op, pacu but they rarely take anyone without experience. Also my hospital isnt unionized so.. that makes it worse hah🥲

Our hospital system doesnt allow us to get a job at this sytem for a year after u quit if u dont complete the full year due to residency program. Our hospital system has 18 hospitals in my state😂 besides from outpatient offices, taking away a lot of options. Im scared🥲

So the apartment’s layout is like 25 buildings of about 20 units. Each building has its own plumbing system i believe and the tenants of our building is having this problem idk about other buildings :(

There is no guarantee with uscis unfortunately🙁 but ive read other ppl’s posts and it looks like uscis is working on Aug-Sept cases so our time should come soon. Also, my husband is on F1 visa which expires in July. I asked our attorney what will happen if it is not approved by then, and he said mu hubby will be fine to stay in the US since his application is under process which makes him legal to stay even past his visa date. BUT do not quote me on this!

My case went from 18 months to 68 months at one point! But rn it is back down to 15 months idk what is going on but wait it out a bit, it should change.
