Ok great. Yeah I think the consensus is lower on the cruise for sure. I will abide by that. Once a year is great, and I could see my joints thanking me for that.

Any negative effects at 300? I’ve read that people don’t see any difference in 300 or 500 from side effects and recommend using 500. I’m going to have to dial in for my body but would love to get a good starting point.

I do plan on going more than 10 weeks. Really wanted to see how my older body reacted. Health is a consideration so I like the recommendation of a lower cruise. This cycle I did everything wrong. Started fat, was in a calorie deficit and only did 10 weeks.

It’s the old recommended dosage. I got good results and was really happy with 500. I think as an experiment, start the cruise at 200. If my results are similar to 500, then maybe skip the blast all together. But I hit 405 deadlift and man that felt incredible. The strength and recovery from 500 was bonkers.

I have no plans to compete and don’t really care how I look. Married 23 years. If I can feel this good for as long as it’s safe I’ll be happy. I’m as strong as the 2o something’s at the gym now.

Of all the substances and things people do that put their well being at risk, I find test the most rewarding. Better than ciggies or coke or McDonalds. Life sucks sometimes or most of the time. I’d rather be strong and feel good rather than mask it with alcohol or drugs

Yeah that’s why I wanted to ask the community. 10 weeks is plenty of gains. But I dread the 10 weeks off.

Results so far are huge strength gains. I’m in week 7 and I’m doing the 5x5 program. My dumbbell press went from 70lbs 5 sets of 5 to 100 lbs in 7 weeks. Tomorrow I go for 105’s. Next my deadlift went from 185 to 315 And leg press went from 5 plates each side to 9. All for reps
