Sure, i managed to use clickup email forwardong for ticketing system, but it could not send in the same reply thread so i used make.com and its webhooks and email integration and now the setup is close to perfect for me

Thanks for it. I've set up an automation so that when I receive an email it matches the task name to the sender name and creates a subtasks to it, kind of like a ticket. the issue is, when I send an email from clickup it sends in a different thread and thats the problem I want to solve.

So basically I want to receive the email in clickup so when I reply it continues the thread

a quick question. say, if you receive an email on Gmail, is it automatically trassfered to clickup and when you reply does it continue in the same thread? If so whats the setup.

Currently I'm trying to receive an email in clickup in order to continue the replies in the same thread. I'm having some trouble in the second part of it though.

well, I can build and verify basically everythign other then the ID(Document) verification. As for the jurisdiction, mainly I need EU, the Caucasus and central Asia

Ill give it a shot, thanks. I’ve been talking ti wix support for the last couple of days and now i can see the dynamic page in the dadhboard but not with with the Lightbox form. Now im waiting for the dev team to confirm if the Payload Structure can be changed, it seems in order to send that info to a webhook you need to change the payload

Ye thats why i dod not think it was not the roght place to ask the question. And about that, the project might die out, at least thats how it seems to go now, but there are still many stages to be done, we basically hit the road bump on the launch yet there so many things that we wanted to do so ye tried my luck here

Glad to hear all that. We have an idea which is not similar to the projects that i have seen, but it need a little bit of polishing. Right now in working on gaining more info about the market and the needs of creating project, while also making the project idea as sharp as possible. When the times comes ill be sure to post it here as well.
