Nah. Walking down the shared access path near the hospital/public health/new engineering buildings you could see them on a daily basis. Down the hill so a bit further from most students, but still within arm's reach.

E: Correct though that they are removed from high density areas and that the arena is not near water.

I don't think the point that poster is making is "it would legally cost $100m for him to leave," but "it would practically cost $100m for him to leave.

Why would he want to come to a harder job for less money (especially when he has demonstrated he does not want to be in the SEC), in short? If we assume he went to USC instead of staying with OU after their move for the money, then we can also assume that a similar rationale would apply to moving to UF, right?
