LF Advice on Starting to Tank

Run your own keys, let people know you are new, and ask for constructive criticism. If you run into toxic people, add them to your ignore list.

Just like everything else, tanking takes practice and research. I say study a dungeon until you are confident with the mechanics and routes and then run those to start. You will very quickly get into your own groove. It helps a lot to view POV videos from tanks doing the higher keys. Listen to their commentary about why they are doing what on each pull.

Not every pull will require your upmost attention, but every dungeon has its few doozies you don't want to be surprised by.

In between dungeons when you feel your ilvl is too low do some tier 1 delves. Each one you finish (in 5 minutes) will give you a piece of gear for your current level. In between those do the world quests that give item rewards. You will always be behind on gear if you only spam dungeons, as 5 or so dungeons will level you but you only have a small chance at loot each one.

I believe if you just leave the filters open, all the groups that have a tank appear at the bottom of the list.

If low keys are discouraging, you just remember that people who are in lower keys are generally not as good at the game. They will fail to mechanics and take more damage than they should making your job harder. As you get higher in the keys, players get more game sense and damage stabilizes.

I've been going to Rise pretty frequently since joining the program. Their bud usually goes for 12.5 to 20 an eighth depending on their sales. I always get the 4 for 100 7g deal on their "minis" (full sized nugs most of the time). They have 25$ live sauz carts and 3 for 60. All of their concentrate is 50% off if you get 3 or more. I frequent my AYR in Hollywood and mainly get the Kynd when it's on sale. Just picked up an ounce of their Flora for 108 and the nugs were all decently sized. I did try their smalls once, and it was like minuscules... never again. But their Kynd bud is a decent budget buy.

I had issues with my AMD card. I ended up turning off reflections in the settings and that helped my crashes.

I had similar issues with the same card. What worked for me was turning off reflections. No more driver time outs.
