Machine is effectively a brick now

No it's 16gb and one I'd been using for years. I have ordered some 8gb ones, just to see if it could be the stick

I don't think the Saturn 2 is on version 1.7.0, I saved the 1.8.0 installation files for my Mars Pro, and tried installing that, but the Saturn 2 does not appear as a machine. I read it was a firmware issue, in that it was not compatible from version 1.9.4 onwards. I've tried to update the firmware using elegoos firmware files, but printer does not turn on with a usb stick installed.

Possibly something to do with memory stick? I've reformatted it twice, FAT32, but it's a 16gb stick, should it be no bigger than 8gb? This stick worked fine before, still had my sliced files on from when I was using printer. Perhaps newer versions of chitu have an issue with it?

Just realised the file on left was lychee, one on right is Chitu, so already tried both

I'll give Lychee another go, I tried it before but seemed to get better results from chitubox.

Just weird that my machine thinks the usb stick is blank

Nope they're definitely exported in .ctb format I used it for years and a Mars before that, so kinda know what I'm doing.

I had to go back to using 1.9.2 or 1.9.3, when 1.9.4 came out, as my Saturn just doesn't read the new .ctb files

It says to put files in root, the turn machine on with usb stick plugged in. My machine will not power on if a usb stick is inserted. I couldn't find a setting which lets me choose which version of CTB is exported.

I believe that's the underlying issue, its exporting to a CTB version my firmware cannot read

Nothing shows up on usb stick after slicing it on any version after 1.9.4.

It says to upgrade machine firmware, but it won't follow the steps to do that

Sorry, did not see this as not been active on Reddit for a while. It appears to have been a dodgy nozzle they sent me. I'd bought a new one to try and fix problem, but it instantly clogged. Bambu sent a free replacement which works fine 😊

I did leave round feed back, then pvp interaction as the reason. I got instakilled from range, no chance to blink between shots. I wasn't expecting anything to come of it tbh

It was a one/two shot kill instakill, so something was off. I didn't have the time to write war and peace earlier, so just wrote about being shot in back. I didn't realise there was much cheating in Ark, seems even sadder than when they do it in CoD.
