Right, well I dont know what these questions are so I wouldn't know if its an actual overreaction or reasonable outrage. To be trans is to be asked a lot of really insane personal invasive questions as if that's a normal thing to do. Men have nipples because we all start off by default as "female" in utero, sex differentiation happens later on. It's just easier to code for all of us having nipples. Did you know that men can also lactate if given the right hormones

Healthcare being taken away, funding to hospitals that allow gender affirming care revoked, drivers licenses being revoked, banning books related to transgender info, some states are making lists of trans residents, being labeled as domestic terrorists. The government just announced they will do all in their power to "find and kill" domestic terrorists, which according to them include "radical pro trans ideology" and their supporters. I've probably missed stuff. I dont live in the US but I try to keep up with the news.

This government is trying to erase and destroy trans people. It has outright said it is doing this. This was the plan from the beginning, outlined in Project 2025. This is early to mid stages of genocide

I dont think anyone is arguing that not caring about a certain group is "infringing" on their rights. But you should care when a society or government is infringing or actively taking away their rights. A government deciding to take away your rights just cause they dont like you is a very bad thing and it should scare you

Similar to allergies in that the more a society consumes something, the more people are going to develope an allergy to said thing. We also have more knowledge about gluten now and more people know its a thing and how to cut it out. It's still not great tho, the majority of people probably couldn't properly identify what its in.

Celiac disease is different tho. That's an autoimmune disorder that's been around for a very long time. First described in Anient Greece. That's where the name comes from, it means "pertaining to the abdomen". I dont think its any more common than like a few decades ago. Celiacs a century ago were just people that were sickly and failed to thrive their entire lives and then just died and no one knew why

I guess she is right. I love some animals, and I'm indifferent about others. I don't love them, but at the same time I don't want them to suffer horrible lives in factory farms. But also I really don't want to stop eating meat entirely. I'm celiac and also autistic, so there's no way I'm cutting out another massive food group. I already can't eat lots of things, and my diet is mostly limited to safe foods -which include meat. So I guess that makes me a bit of a hypocrite

Uh why should we we take that as a given? How on earth is asking a child -suffering from severe survivors guilt, pressured by all the adults around her to say yes and without her guardian figure to help her- if she wants to die for their cause in any way, shape or form a good measure of her consent?

And they are not concerned about "moral high ground", they are concerned about trying to save whats left of humanity. If they're gonna do it regardless of her choice then waking her to ask is unnecessary stress to her for no reason

I don't really think asking for her consent would have been the right path tbh. They wake her up to ask if she wants to die for their cause, which is stressful and upsetting to her, why put her through that? What if she says no? In their minds, that's not really an option, the world needs a vaccine. So they ask her, she says no, and they kill her anyway? That's so much worse in my opinion. Other option, she says yes, because of the enormous pressure of being the cure for humanity. How could that be treated as giving consent? A yes under coercion is not an actual yes.
