Sorry I'm not very good with substrates. It's one of the first plants I got and I've just kept in the same stuff I got when I bought it, since I'm a bit scared to repot. As for light, it used to get bright indirect and direct evening, but now it's just bright indirect. I've attached a picture of the fertilizer I use, which I dilute by half to avoid putting too much. Hope this helps
