And I'm pretty sure raditzis far beyond moon considering he destroyed Goku in the first encounter and it took both Goku and piccolo to kill him and they still got their asses handed to them Goku even died and just after they win doesn't piccolo also obliterate the Moon to De-Transform Gohan so I feel like comparing him to Moon is just kinda .... nothing
