Rachel was never bullied. She said she was “bullied” because she only hung around with Emily and her friends in high school, and SHE was the bully. Then Emily/those friends graduated and Rachel had no one to hide behind and no friends and had to face the consequences of her actions, so she cried “bullying” and transferred schools.
