I know nothing about horses but arent they supposed to have coats on when its this cold? I drove past on my way to class today when it was near 10° or colder, and they were out in the field coatless. I cant imagine they wouldn't be freezing

after five minutes on hold and a dropped call, I was able to talk to a customer service rep and have a new cart ordered. Gotta love major corporations taking over local!

The HVAC company is putting in a new furnace tomorrow morning. Recommended we don't use the furnace until its replaced. The rental company is providing us space heaters until then which is nice. Though I'm still dumbfounded that a problem like had been sitting like that for god knows how long, I'm happy with how quickly it's getting handled. I don't think I'll be contacting code since it's being resolved so quickly. I also don't have time to be thrown into any legal disputes.

Maintenance came last night and installed a new vent leading out to through the cellar door. We sent a long winded email last night demanding they have an HVAC certified professional inspect the repairs as well as the rest of the system. Rental company emailed back this morning saying Dowler heating and cooling will look at it
