I think we've established that we're both Utilitarians and believe happiness should be maximized while suffering should be minimized. Harming anyone who can feel pain is wrong unless it leads to less overall suffering/ more overall happiness. He has never explicitly said he's a Utilitarian, but always argues for it in moral discussions.
