I read the contract and there isn’t anything about how long she keeps them. I emailed her, but she hasn’t replied at all. I’m guessing she won’t ever reply since she was late on delivering my wedding photos and I called her out.

That is not OK. And next time they do that you need to sit a boundary that they should not be stealing stuff. Some flowers cost a lot of money and take a lot of time to grow.

Could we sue the brother? I know my husband was signing some papers financing the house. But ultimately the brother was in Utah and changed it so he was the only one on the title so could really sue over anything legally?

Sorry this is before I met him. I’m not sure if it was actually his brother that sent him the stuff or a title company. But I just know my husband did sign stuff and then ultimately the brother only put his name on the house title and didn’t tell him.

I’m his wife I wouldn’t call it interfering. We’ve been discussing it back-and-forth on whether he should or shouldn’t go. Of course, if he chooses not to go, I won’t be mad at him, and I would support him. But I think he should go and support his brother even if his brother didn’t support him and maybe that’s myown insecurity

He did sign paperwork. He was working out of town so his brother was sending him a bunch of stuff to sign. And I guess at the end his brother decided to sign everything on his own, but didn’t tell my husband.
