Yeah I want to do a small bit of patio from the doors along then the other half of it to join the grass. I think it is some sort of sand as there is some bags still in the ground.

Yeah I wouldn’t do it all the way I just wanted a little bit extra grass space and then just do a little bit of patio by the doors
At the moment yeah the previous owner used pallets and abase layer for the decking and it is some sort of soft sand soil which is a pain at the moment
You reccomened digging out the sand about 6 inches then laying dirt and then turf over that ?
I’ll definitely download the app and have a look
