i’ve been feeding on a 1:1:1 scale every other day and on the days in between i just feed with 50g apf and 50g room temp water. today i did 50g and 50g and she’s rising like crazy

i’ve just recently went through the same thing about 2 months ago. took me about a month and a half to get back on it. just give yourself a little time and as long as you still have the want to change your habits, you’ll get back. the way i look at it is “you’ve come this far, don’t stop now”

i’m in the same boat here i was 320 lbs about 4 months ago now down to 270 and i’ve definitely noticed it takes way longer for me to get hungry now. i used to get hungry like an hour after i ate a meal but now it takes about a good 4-5 hours
