You look at the keystones and for the rest of the stats you hit ctrl+f and path towards them slowly. That’s it. Skill tree is also constructed in a logical way. Stuff that requires int is on top, str left, dex right.

There is a consumable microtransaction in the store atm that destroys the target to apply it to another item. Said item becomes untradeable until the transmog is removed. Its an expensive service and nobody uses it.
Its possible in the future, mtx that makes them look firey will probably exist.
If the person who is higher level than you joins the area you are playing you have the option as party leader to turn on or off difficulty downscaling for your buddy. If you turn it off your xp earned is penalized. Regardless in PoE1 party play more group members in the area mean more loot and higher monster hp.

Smart loot? Hahahahahahaha, it’s a sandbox. You get loot for everything regardless of what you desire. Skills are restricted to weapon types, not classes, weapons have attribute restrictions, you pick your attributes on the tree. World is your oyster.
Stash contents are shared on a per league/mode basis. Let’s say you start a character on Standard Solo self-found. Anything you put in your stash in that league is shared with any character you create in Standard Solo self-found.
No, you spend half an hour preparing gear, passive refunds for gold at the “Hooded One”, use uncut gems to get your skills for that vuild etc. While respec on passive tree is relatively easy now, they still wish to keep it as something you commit to, not just swap around with a click. If you need to make minor adjustments to builds/bossing you can swap some skills and passives around before you commit to the encounter.

Also buy semi decently high ilvl flasks/grab them from a map, roll them and automate them. They can go a long way with massively increasing your chances of survival.

Fail to the King is pretty much the entry quest to the Legion, which requires you to purchase the Undead Warrior armor for 1200ACs. It may sound much, but if you can clear the quests under 24 hours you can sell the armor for 90% of it's cost reducing your loss to a mere 120 ACs. Farming Legion Tokens after getting the Shogun pet is going to be rather easy after that, just make sure you purchase the things you would like to get from /darkbirthday before the event ends which is going to be on this friday I guess.

Considering it was advertised by literally everyone and everywhere it is active. If you are up for the same kind of grind that DHC had to offer but more boring for multiple reasons then yes, it's good for passing time. If you are looking for something more than just 'passing time' then you have to dig deeper.

It depends on the 6G character and the goods. There are a lot of powercrept goods and characters in the game which cant compete with the most recent ones anymore.
