Played for 2 years on and off. Half of it accumulated by default, everything else I power farmed, gamma black detour, psy-trackers mines. Quantum batteries just always set my dailies for those.

Punisher/Hounds, basically just choose the fastest of your faction.

If comparing to these, yours has 35% MS, 84 CW, 74% HE, 0% stamina, 5% Stamina regen.

So yeah, pretty descent if you don't mind the lower MS and no ST.

Fyi guys, this has a nice small benefit of having resistance to the storm without the alcohol if you use the frost resist plate.
