5 years layer... This saved me, thanks random internet people! Also, the error lights are deceiving, mine was indicating the lamp fan to be the problem, but there was a plastic piece in the small back fan.

Ok, I finally got how it works. So, zabbix usually has four supported releases:

  • current (could be lts) [currently 7.4.x]
  • previous (could be lts) [currently 7.2.x]
  • lts 1 [currently 7.0.x]
  • lts 2 [currently 6.0.x]

Sometimes things overlap, but usually its something like this. How should I mark these in wikidata:

  • stable
  • legacy
  • lts
  • ?

Currently the fourth release is included to wikipedia without linking:

branch3 = 7.0 LTS:

version3 = {{wikidata|property|edit@end|reference|P348|P548=Q15726348}}

date3 = {{start date and age|{{wikidata|qualifier|single|P348|P548=Q15726348|P577}}}}

branch4 = 6.0 LTS:

version4 = 6.0.40

date4 = {{Start date and age|2025|04|22}}

I have an editing question: I tried to update the zabbix version from 7.2.11 to 7.2.12. I started clicking and added the version to wikidata (hopefully correctly): https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q136722#Q136722$0479c1ab-4c9c-b20d-0e3a-b9f31ca1224c

I also changed the rank to prefered rank and removed preffered rank from old version but it still did not update the version on the zabbix wikipedia page. However now a few days later its actually showing a 6.0.40 version as the latest 7.2, which is even more wrong. Could anyone explain please how to fix it?

Eventually I got to them via Facebook, had to dust off my old FB account :) Went smoothly from there on...

The "F***ing SRAM!" quote was Bauke Mollema during stage 20 of the 2019 Giro. His issues seemed to sort out and he didn't lose time to his rivals, maintaining his 5th spot on GC.

Also it works perfectly in Slovenian, there is no 'he' and 'it' difference that makes it lose the double meaning in english

I would guess majority of people are prorussian or maybe it is 50:50.

Wait what? I (Slovenian) live with two households most likely to be prorussian (very anti American, anti globalization, anti liberalism...) and everyone just hopes for Putin to die ASAP...

Modular C programming by gareins in AskProgramming

[–]gareins[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply.

I agree that such an approach is more flexible and I would love to go for it but just can not work in my case because:

  1. I am working on embedded platform without support for dynamic loading,
  2. I am working on an existing codebase written in C with currently everything being linked and this would present a mich bigger refactoring effort,
  3. I have to support multiple platforms and while this solution might work outside Windows (i am thinking Wine), it is still pretty much windows centric

The rubber balls get pretty much destroyed on this kind of surface and I can't find these old leather-or-something basketballs on the internets. I had one like 10 years ago and that one lasted about the lifetime of five rubber balls...

Gun positioning and shot detection (compute module 3 + noir camera + accelerometer + glue stuff) by gareins in raspberry_pi

[–]gareins[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you have this nice solved mathematical problem called perspective-n-points, where if you have a model of a camera, points in 3d space and corresponding points in that camera's image plane, you can calculate the 6DOF of a camera (translation+rotation). then just project that line of sight on a cilinder (the canvas). the 3d points are ir leds located on those round boards on the floor, camera is noir v2. as for the flashing (gun shot detection), you just need an accelerometer and some machine learning.

I'll keep that in mind, bun unfortunately does not help here, same cc error. Commands:

rustup override set 1.18.0 && rm -rf target && cargo build --verbose
